If you wish to return your purchase for any reason, please follow the instructions below:

Contact our customer service department to obtain a Return Authorisation Number (RAN).
Return the items in their original condition, with all accessories and accompanying documents.

You will be responsible for the return postage costs.
Make sure that the returned items are properly packaged to avoid any damage in transit.

Once we have received the returned items and checked their condition, we will refund you the full amount of your purchase, less any return postage.
Please note that this policy does not apply to damaged or faulty products.

If you have received a faulty product, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order for a replacement or refund.
